DEPOSIT
A non-refundable retainer of $500 is required to reserve your wedding date. This is done via cash, check, card (2% fee added), venmo, or zelle! By booking that date I am reserving it for you, and I will turn down other brides that inquire for that date after you’ve booked. For this reason, this deposit is non-refundable. Booking is not considered complete until the deposit has been paid.
PAYMENT
Final payment for services are due no later than 7 days before the wedding. This is done via cash, check, card (2% fee added), venmo, or zelle! Feel free to pay anytime before the wedding date.
MEAL BREAKS
For every 5 hours of coverage at least a thirty minute break for meals between your wedding ceremony and wedding reception is required. This thirty minute meal break can be substituted by a meal provided at either your wedding luncheon or reception. *Please note videographer(s) need have a hot meal, not a bagged vendor meal.
STYLE
I have developed a unique style of video. I am excited to accommodate your special requests regarding style, but remember that at the end of the day I am capturing the event the way I see it and the finished product is a result of that. Everything is shot in 4k.
DURATION
The finished video will be a highlight style. This means that continuous audio will not be recorded live on camera as I will be shooting many clips at different angles unless you decide on a package including continuous ceremony or continuous toasts. I can record any type of audio on a device as well (if audio is included in package), and highlights of audio can be added into the final video.
VIDEO DELIVERY
Your final video will be available for digital download via Pixieset. This allows you to download it easily. Your wedding day video will be sent to you via email for you to watch within 6-12 weeks. Please download your media as soon as you get it, as I only keep your video(s) up for 1 year. A usb drive with your video(s) will be sent to your home after the final product is delivered via digital download.If raw footage, continuous ceremony, or toasts are purchased, your video clips will be available for digital download via dropbox! Please download your media as soon as you get it, as I only keep your video files up for 1 year.
First look/bridal videos will be edited and ready to play at your reception as long as a timely request is made and they are filmed at least five business days before your wedding day.
If additional edits or changes are requested, it will be a $75 edit charge.
All edits must be made within one week of the video being sent.
MUSIC CHOICE
The audio selection is just as important to me as the shot selection and with that, I hand select music that is going to fit my vision for your wedding film and match the tone/mood of your wedding day. Selecting any old song and forcing that into an edit is going to have such a less of an impact as opposed to me selecting a song with purpose and intent. Hearing a song by itself is completely different than hearing it with intentionally editing visuals and audio from the day. I don't want tracks that are going to overshadow the moments you see and hear on screen. That being said, I have you send me examples of artists/genres/songs that you like. I can use these recommendations to help narrow down the search for music and make it YOU!
SUPER 8 FOOTAGE
Super 8 is my most favorite to shoot and I adore the rawness, the fun, and the emotion that comes from Super 8, These films are crafted using my old Super 8 camera from the 60's and Kodak 8mm film. The cameras make a gentle whirring sound as they roll, with beautiful light leaks, soft grain, and a certain magic that can’t be felt or replicated with digital video. I shoot and then send your film off to a lab to be developed! I offer packages that include both super 8 and digital or solely super 8. Check out the difference below!
WHY IS FILM EXPENSIVE?
Outside of purchasing the film stock, the only additional mandatory expenses are the processing and scanning. These services are typically done together at the same lab. Each lab has special eqiptment to scan the film in a dark room.
Once the film processed, it is then scanned at an hourly rate. This is usually $300+ per hour! Keep in mind though, these scanners don’t work in real time. An hour of scanning time doesn’t mean an hour’s worth of footage. Roughly speaking, you can scan 8 rolls of Super 8mm film (25 minutes worth), in a one hour session.

RAW FOOTAGE
I am happy to give you access to the raw video footage for an additional cost. Included will be the most important parts of the day! B-roll, Getting ready, Dances, Walking down the aisle, Exit, Etc. Keep in mind the videos I take throughout the day are 3-5 seconds long. Ceremony and toast footage are separate costs. The footage will be uploaded to my online cloud and you will be given and access link where you can download all or some of the clips. Just be aware that the video is 4k so the files will be very large. a separate contract will need to be signed for raw footage. Please inform me if you are wanting this before your wedding date!
CONTINUOUS CEREMONY
I am happy to record your ceremony at an additional cost. Included will be an edited video with 2 angles of the entirety of your wedding ceremony with professional audio. The footage will be uploaded to my online cloud and you will be given and access link where you can download the whole video. Please inform me if you are wanting this before your wedding date!
CONTINUOUS SPEECHES
I am happy to record your speeches or toasts at an additional cost. Included will be edited videos with 1 angle of the entirety of each speech or toast with professional audio. The footage will be uploaded to my online cloud and you will be given and access link where you can download each speech or toast individually. Please inform me if you are wanting this before your wedding date!
